Once a year, the city of Tranås (Sweden) opens its doors, cultural centers, venues and restaurants to a collection of creators who have traveled from all over to be part of Tranås at the Fringe, an International Festival which brings together poetry, performance, film, visual art, workshops and talks.

Colm Kiernan is the poet and wizard behind this project, and in this episode of Red Transmissions, shares the nuts and bolts of what it is to Fringe.
